Ginger, Calcium, and Protein are great for helping to curb nausea – and popsicles are a great treat that you can enjoy anytime. They’re also packed with nutrients! You can add a handful of spinach as well for a little iron boost.
Nausea Popsicles
Ingredients:
3-4 cups mixed berries
2 bananas
1 cup apple juice
1 cup yogurt
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
Directions:
1. Wash and cut up fruit, and add to the blender.
2. Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend on high until smooth.
3. Pour into popsicle molds (or an ice tray!)
4. Freeze and enjoy anytime!
